The accommodation here is fantastic, with a wonderful location near all the main attractions, including the Plaza Mayor.

The price and location.

The room was so small. You couldn't sit in the toilette, only sideways. The halls were always dark I had to walk slowly. The internet didn't work.

Thanks very much for a brilliant experience we had at this ideal hotel. The venue's location was unbeatable and picturesque central, very close to the Plaza Mayor where students were celebrating all night, market and restaurants and bars. It also was near to the main square. There was a downstairs bar.

Staff very helpfull, very good location. Or 13€ you can park your car in another Hotel 50m away.

the location is good

I don't think the photoin the internet is matched with the real room. The room was too small, and the heater not work very well. It can't be control the temperature so I felt very hot but If I turned down I felt cold. And the TV was very old. I don't think the room worth this price eventhough the location is quite near the centre.

Very good value for money. Central location.

Very poor breakfast. Not worth even the 3 euros that it costs. Better to go to a bar and have churros with chocolate the way locals do it.

Had a FANTASTIC stay on vacation, glad I've chosen it. The rooms were luxurious and absolutely perfect, with twin beds.

The room was sweet with a nice view of the city. The bed was huge and comfortable. The staff members were awesome and very friendly. The breakfast was lovely. It's placed right in the middle, not too far from two impressive cathedrals. 🏰

Location

The Hotel looks like more as a Hostal than a hotel. The rooms are basic, the linens are cheap and old. No parking in the hotel, they use another parking few blocks from the location. I stayed in the 6th floor and for my surprise the elevator just go to the 5th floor and we have to drag the luggages on the stairs one floor up. My husband and I stayed just one night in the hotel, next day we wenr to a better hotel 4 star. For the price, Hotel Ceylan does not have anything to offer.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it extremely convenient to explore all historic sites and attractions in the Old Town of Salamanca. It is just a minute away from Plaza Mayor, offering easy access to everything. The rooms and bathrooms are sparkling clean, maintained to the highest standards. The receptionist is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Additionally, the breakfast, available for an extra charge, is delicious and served by an efficient and accommodating staff.

The air conditioning in the rooms was not working properly, which made the temperature uncomfortable.

The stay during the vacation was really nice. The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the train station. It was also not too far from a charming 18th-century square nearby. 🚶‍♂️
